Section Business Course Certificates

I joined Section to take my strategic skills to the next level.  I wanted to excel in my work and service to clients immediately. Section was created for people like me: those who may not have access to or time for an MBA or executive education but possess the drive and ambition to build something incredible.

Section provides the tools, frameworks, and strategies needed to get to work right away—no gatekeeping involved. Their education isn’t just about what you learn; it’s about what you do with it.

I decided to join the AI class. In the next year, the workforce will split into two: those who use AI to augment their work and those who resist and stagnate. I choose to be in the AI class.

I am an “optimistic pragmatist” on AI. I never exaggerate its potential or act as its hype man. Instead, I use my learning to provide proven use cases, share real-life case studies, and help clients navigate issues like data privacy and hallucinations

Back the Neighborhood

PASSION PROJECT 2020-2021

At the heart of the pandemic, I collaborated with two partners on a design for social innovation project – called Back the Neighborhood. A social experiment to understand how to knit back the frayed fabric of New York’s West Village neighborhood. Years of rising rents closed local businesses, restaurants, and mom-and-pop stores. When Covid hit, over 300k people left Manhattan, and the shuttered storefront spread like the virus.
Through interviews, the project identified the systemic issues and challenges that need to be solved to knit back the neighborhood’s fabric. We formed partnerships with other organizations committed to the same goal and lobbied legislators and policymakers to enact changes to support residents, restauranteurs, and retailers. The connections we established during the timeframe helped connect small business owners, artists, residents, and landlords meaningfully towards a positive step to address the most significant issues.
