User testing and feedback

We regularly tested the app with fans at London pubs, and NYC bars were the games where playing. We talked to fan club members and the committee organizing the national fan association for the US. On some occasions, we also used usertesting.com.

We received constant feedback that organized by different app sections, tracked online, and linked to relevant resources.
